HAPPY NEW YEAR AND HAPPY 2021

Hello my friends and welcome to 2021. Enjoy this blooming Christmas Cactus, given to me by a friend three years ago. It is in bloom for the first time. It took some time to acclimate to our home and to grow and feel safe to bloom. We are going to need each other this year. 2021 may take some time to heal 2020, but we can do this. Find peace and love and happiness in your life. Our practice together will help.

I hope that you all had a wonderful holiday season, whichever holiday you observe. Being in the home this year made me and, I dare say, many of you realize how precious our time is together. I can honestly say that I have not only grown used to being home but I am enjoying my time with Dave.

With the many occurrences in our country over 2020, I am blessed to be on Medicare! I am able to stay home, my children have their own homes and I have kept busy with My Yogic Path. Life is good. I hope you have found a way to cope during this Pandemic and I hope you and your families are well.

*Please join me every Wednesday evening, 7:00pm to 8:15pm for a relaxing Yoga practice. Our practice encompases asana movement, breath, relaxation and meditation. These practices are wonderful for body, mind and spirit.

**Starting in February, join me for CHAIR YOGA every Tuesday, 10:00am to 11:00am.

***REIKI sessions. 1 hour at $77 each. Please contact me at 609.221.8833 to set up a time in person or long distance online.

All practices, please have a MAT, CHAIR (if chair yoga or if needed), BLOCKS, a YOGA BLANKET (any sturdy blanket will do), and a YOGA STRAP (or belt). If you don’t have all of the above, be sure to have your mat and/or a chair. The chair stays put placed on top of the mat.

You may feel free to register at any time but at least four (4) hours in advance of any practice. Each Yogi (yes, that is you) signs up individually so that you may read and sign our information form. Without reading and signing our form you will not be able to attend class. You may sign up at BethBarlingWellness.com, click on Membership and Community and choose Live Community Classes. Here you may check out all that is offered in this studio.

Or simply click here. I hope to see you in person (extremely limited spaces and subject to covid restrictions) in Mantua, NJ, or online in the comfort of your home, via ZOOM.

Namaste!!! Shanti, Peace.

Hi and welcome to My Yogic Path! I became a Yoga Teacher recently in my 60s! I am a woman, mother, wife, sister, cousin, in-law, K-8 retired teacher, and more. As I age, I felt great anxiety letting go of things that do not serve me today, what I have not yet accomplished, my purpose, questioning my beliefs, anticipating a fear of death, and much more. I found myself progressing from a full and busy life to a less full and sedentary life wherein there is much time for reflection. Enjoying Yoga at the gym starting in my 40s, my daughter and son-in-law becoming Yoga Teachers, I decided I wanted the peace I gained being with these fellow Yogis. I also felt drawn to REIKI healing and pursued this path becoming a Reiki practitioner. Life has led me down and up many paths. This Yogic Path gives me insight, strength, and peace when I need it most. Enjoy this blog with me as I continue.
